When we start an assignment, we do more than an initial walk-through with our client.

We Spend Time Responding
During the second walk-through, our clients are assigned an operations manager, who essentially becomes their concierge officer.
If our clients have questions at any point during their service, our team members will have the answer—no matter the time or day. And when the assignment is complete, we always leave our clients with a detailed plan, so they can maintain their spotless property.
We Do The Work Right The First Time
Daily cleaning tasks include sweeping, and vacuuming open spaces, wiping down surfaces, cleaning restrooms, and emptying trash cans.
Weekly tasks include wiping the baseboards, polishing steel handles, and cleaning inside refrigerators. Spot cleaning high ceilings and vacuuming HVAC vents are included in the monthly tasks.
