We wash, wick, and dry every window. Wicking means our crew members clean the rubber tip of their window cleaner after every wipe to ensure that our clients get a window without streaks. To eliminate smudges, our team also hand-dried every single window to complete the process. In other words, no company spends more time cleaning windows than we do. And our clients like it that way.
When it comes to exterior window cleaning, we will assess whether your building, with four floors or higher, has enough anchors on your roof or whether we need to bring additional equipment that will allow us to rappel down the sides of our building. We will also get plywood to lay over your pavers and landscaping to ensure we don’t leave a mark.

We only use environmentally friendly cleaning products on your property. There are no exceptions. Our cleaning crews use backpack packs with HEPA vacuums, along with web-loop mops and microfiber rags to capture all the grime.
Most importantly, we color code all our equipment and accessories, so we don’t cross-contaminate the germs in the bathroom with the ones in the kitchen with the ones in the board room.
We have decades of experience cleaning floors. Our floor cleaning equipment—which can be as big as a Zamboni-sized auto-scrubbing machine or as small as a lawnmower-sized auto-scrubber from Swing machines to burnishers—gets the job done the first time. We also use auto-scrubber machines that reclaim the dirty water and send it to one of our mobile reservoirs aboard our trucks outside the facility, leaving the premises clean.
We also strip and wax floors, taking the floor down to a base clean level before delivering a fantastic wet look, and finish. When we recoat floors, we will remove the top layers of wax and apply more coats over the clean was to restore them. We use four to five coats on sealed floors and six to nine coats on unsealed floors. Special web-loop mops help us deliver a high-end finish.
We clean all types of floors—including LVT, ceramic, and luxury vinyl—and we can restore marble and hardwood. For large-scale, floor maintenance opportunities, we will bring in new equipment to maintain that facility.

We clean, shampoo, and remediate all mold from commercial carpets.
We only use distilled water, which removes 99.9% of the minerals, bacteria, pesticides, and other contaminants that come with tap water. We also use encapsulation cleaning methods to remove difficult stains. First, we spray an environmentally friendly solution on the carpet and brush it in well. The solutions adhere themselves to particles in the carpet, which allows us to quickly remove large amounts of grime with a HEPA vacuum.
If needed, we can provide truck mounts that clean up to 30,000 square feet of carpet in one day.
Certain companies and institutions—colleges, hospitals, pharmaceuticals, and chemical manufacturers—need a high level of cleaning daily. Hiring and retaining employees to perform those tasks, however, can be a headache for employers.
We solve that pain point with our porter services, which puts our crew members on your site for four or eight-hour shifts to clean on demand. In other words, we provide a full-time custodian without the headaches of callouts, holiday time as well as extra insurance and pay. This additional custodian service could include the floors, the windows, the upholstery, or the bathrooms. All our specialties are included in this service. And we are responsible for managing the employees’ availability and pay—not our clients.

Most upholstery stains appear superficial when the problem lies beneath the surface. We use an EPA-registered, environmentally friendly solution along with a bonnet, which is a specialty machine with a rotary brush, that gently scrubs the material, allowing it to release the stain.
Most time, power washing helps us get to the hard-to-reach areas. Generally, we will use lifts and swing-and-boon machines up to four floors. In addition, our power washers deliver a wide range of blasts, ranging from 1,000 psi for windows and decks to 2,900 psi for sidewalks and stone surfaces and 3,300+ psi for commercial and industrial floors.
Post-construction cleaning requires a different approach. We use two processes to make your property brand new and clean.
First, our crew will start on the top floor of a building with wet wipes to contain the dust, which can be overwhelming in a newly constructed space. Removing massive amounts of dust is our top priority because the tiniest amount of water can turn it into a paste, which makes the property more difficult to scrub clean. Our crew members will use backpack vacuums, microfiber extensions, and mops to rid the premises of dust.
Then, we apply a damp method, using floor machines and auto-scrubbers that work well on tough floors with excess debris.
