Water Damage Restoration

When flood waters hit a business, they are out of business. That’s when our 24/7 emergency restoration crew goes into action.

First, we use moisture meters and thermal imaging cameras to assess the damage and develop a comprehensive plan of action for remediation.

Then, we focus on drying out the building. Our crew will use dehumidifiers, air movers, and trailer mounts to extract the floodwaters, as well as generators to power the equipment.

Fire Damage Restoration

Our 24/7 emergency services team begins restoring your property by assessing the damage and securing the premises.

We clean and store salvageable items, photo-document the property, and work with fire companies while on the scene. We also provide a structural engineer to access the structure, build temporary walls, and provide generators for power.

One of our specialty cleaning services, dry-ice blasting, is typically used in this application to remove soot and odors. Our equipment turns the dry-ice vapors into a gas that causes the unwanted residue to freeze and drop off.

Then, we use a HEPA vacuum cleaning to restore the property. To provide further assurance, we also conduct air sampling to make sure our customers are ready to reopen for business.

Mold Damage Removal / Restoration

We send it to a team certified in state-of-the-art IICRC mold remediation. Crew members quickly inspect the premises and take air samples.

Once we have the results, we develop a plan of action and begin the process of removing the mold. We construct containment barriers and place the space under negative pressure.

Then, we remove the items and start dry-ice blasting, which creates a gas that freezes all bacteria and residue. When we wipe down the surfaces, we only use botanical, antimicrobial solutions that are environmentally friendly.

To ensure the property is mold-free, we take air samples to substantiate our successful remediation.

Storm Drainage Restoration

After a storm hits, we respond with 24/7 emergency services. Typically, we begin with boarding up and tarping the existing structure.

Once we stabilize the property and document damaged items for the insurance company, our crew members begin extracting the flood waters.

We are CAT III trained, which means we are certified to extract and disinfect sewage and river waters from properties.

Then, we move in the commercial fans and air movers to start drying out the building. We also provide results from moisture and mold tests to certify that the property is ready to reopen.
